How It Works

If you or someone you know is living with CF and considering fertility treatment, support is just a few clicks away. Through Filotimo’s Request Assistance page, applicants can select their nearest Ivy Fertility clinic, and the Filotimo team will follow up directly to:

• Confirm eligibility
• Coordinate with the selected Ivy Fertility location
• Develop a treatment and funding plan tailored to the individual’s needs
